Welcome to PhalanxNeuro
PhalanxNeuro will bring precision medicine for neurodegenerations within reach. Solutions for the early and accurate identification of
different diseases are in great need. We will facilitate the development of patient-specific medicines, and the early assignment of personalized treatments.
PhalanxNeuro is a Prosperodes brand.
Neurodegenerations
Neurodegenerations have long become widespread in our increasingly aging society. The most common diseases include Alzheimer's disease,
Parkinson's disease, Lewy body dementia, fronto-temporal dementia and amyotrophic lateral sclerosis.
The progressive aggregation of proteins in the form of amyloid-like deposits by a "seeding" mechanism is very common in these diseases.
Landmark research recently demonstrated that even the most studied neurodegeneration – Alzheimer's disease – is constituted
of a range of disease subtypes. This substantially adds to the complexities that have to be addressed from early drug discovery
to clinical application.
Approach
Our proprietary technology mimics the "seeding" mechanism of protein aggregation by an in vitro process.
The detection of multiple "seed"-biomarker proteins allows to determine seeding activity, seed-subtypes and co-pathologies.
Our product philosophy include versatility for a wide range of biomarkers, process accuracy and integration, and robust IVD certifiability.
About us
The company focuses on technology development for the precise characterization of neurodegenerative diseases. Our emphasis is on
strain-based subtyping of Alzheimer's disease and other dementias.
With a very experienced interdisciplinary team and strong partners, PhalanxNeuro is rapidly building the company to become a major
player in aging related diseases.
Are you self-motivated and interested in working with a knowledge driven team in a dynamic and inspiring environment? Do you want to
make a real difference in the lives of people? We are always looking for dedicated talents to join our mission and
strengthen our team in the areas of research & product development, clinical development and marketing & sales.
